How much do other companies charge for a service like this?
We are not aware of any company offering this type of service to residential customers. Our monitoring software is the same type of software used by commercial MSP (managed service providers) which charge an average of 52 dollars per month per desktop. While it's true many of those MSP companies offer additional features such as on-site visits and 24/7 phone support they also charge way more money and typically do not deal with residential customers. Remember our service is only 15 dollars per month for the first PC and then 5 dollars per month for each additional PC.
